打开动态的更多菜单、评论或消息旁的举报按钮，或在用户主页打开用户选项。选择原因并提交。屏蔽会互相隐藏双方内容并移除好友及关注关系；在自己的社区主页可以解除屏蔽。

公开动态中的照片和新头像需要人工审核。待审核内容目前只对作者可见；审核通过后才向其他用户展示。文字规则不能识别所有不当内容，请继续使用举报。

在 App 设置中的数据与账号选项中导出记录，或选择删除账号并确认。删除会清理本机记录、服务端账号数据、关联餐食照片和备份中的账号内容；清理暂未完成时会明确提示并重试。删除无法撤销，请先导出需要保留的记录。

先检查网络、登录和邀请码激活状态。服务器不可用时可以手动记录，待网络恢复后重试。需要协助时提供 App 版本、手机系统、出错步骤和报错文字；不要发送密码、验证码、密钥或完整健康记录。

Sign in and enter a code from the person who invited you. You can keep local records without signing in; cloud features require activation.

Use a post’s More menu, the Report button beside a comment or message, or User options on a profile. Choose a reason and submit. Blocking hides content between both users and removes friend and follow connections. Manage blocked users from your own Community profile.

Public post photos and new profile photos require human review. Pending posts are author-only until approved. Text rules cannot detect every violation; please report content that needs review.

Export records through the app’s data settings, or choose Delete account in account settings and confirm. Deletion clears this device’s records, server account data, associated meal photos and account contents in backups. Pending cleanup is stated and retried. Deletion is irreversible; export any records you want to keep first.

Check your connection, sign-in and invite activation. You can log manually during an outage and retry later. For help, include the app version, device OS, steps and error text. Do not send passwords, verification codes, keys or complete health records.
